At your own risk was a passion project used to experiment with gradients and layout. Inspired by a pervious linocut project I created, I wanted to use the eight ball as a symbol of chance. Overall, I had a lot of fun experimenting and creating this design!
The Raise Your Voice series was a university sponsored event in which many organizations partnered together to host a variety of guest speakers and live events. This program was designed to empower students with the tools, education, and cultural awareness to recognize, develop, and uplift their voices using various forms of expressive art centered around a monthly theme. As the designer for marketing materials for this series, I created a variety of flyers just like this one to advertise each event to the community.
Spill The Tea, a series of open discussions lead by the Black Indigenous Student Of Color Coalition. These discussions provided a safe place for students of color to come togteher have have open and honest group discussions centered around a weekly theme.
As the graphic designer for this series, I wanted to create something that was fun and youthful as the intended audience was university students. With the help and experimentation of Adobe Illustraitor's new AI illustrative feature, I was able to create something that represented the series in a fun and youthful way!
